Industry

In 2000, the University of California created QB3 and three other Governor Gray Davis Institutes for Science and Innovation to drive the state’s economy and improve the quality of life for its residents. The Rosenman Institute, within QB3, is a community of inventors, clinicians, and technology entrepreneurs who create innovative solutions for unmet clinical needs. Dr. O’Connell has been working with QB3 and the Rosenman Institute since Spring 2016.

Projects range from Master’s research projects offered through the MEng Program at Berkeley to undergraduate independent research study projects (ME196). The following projects include 1-3 Masters of Engineering Students from the Departments of Bioengineering and Mechanical Engineering. Click on each link to learn more about each project and the students working on the project.
